Golf Club

Golf is recognized as a gentleman’s sport, one that promotes socialization and enhances self-esteem.  The joy and gratification of experiencing the achievement of new skills learned or a new performance level reached, will add much to the golfer’s personal satisfaction.

Our Long-Term Goal is to impart to our students basic golf skills, acceptable social behaviour and fundamental knowledge of the rules of golf to enable them to participate in a regulated or modified game of golf. We aim to develop and enhance the students’ talent in golf and assist students to get membership in the Junior Golf foundation.

The club has 45 members. There are 20 handicapped players and 25 others who are learning how to play.

Our main events are mainly organized courtesy of the Junior Golf foundation. They include the prestigious Inter Schools’ Annual Tournament, The Lisle Show Memorial Tournament, The St. Andrews Turi Cup and the Annual Junior Golfer’s Tournament.

MEMBERSHIP

All students are welcome to join the club. Students who hail from non-golfing families and would like to learn the game are highly encouraged to join. Golf clubs and other accessories are provided by the club.
